How it works
We stop by your home twice a week. If you have garments to be cleaned, we will pick up your bag and return your clothes to you professionally cleaned and ready to wear.
To use the service you simply:
- Place your clothes in the VIP bag that we have provided for you.
- Place the bag in a predesignated location - there is no need to be home.
- Your True Blue Valet driver will pick up the VIP bag and deliver the cleaned clothes to your home just a few days later on your fixed scheduled delivery days. Simple, fast and convenient.

Your are always in control
- We provide you with the forms to:
- Track any of the items we pick up at your home - just use the True Blue Valet preprinted receipt - put one copy in your True Blue bag and keep one for your records.
- If you have special instructions - just make a note on the preprinted receipt and leave it with your True Blue Valet bag.

A Just write it down in the predesignated field in your preprinted receipt and put it in the laundry bag.
